Application
A Lineman´s telephone for field use.
Description
It is small and light, but solid and stands dust, humidity and to be dropped.
It has a large clip on the back and can be carried e.g. in a belt or pocket.
Replaces a normal telephone and measures the DC level on the line.
It detects 12 or 16kHz meter pulses to a payphone or private meter as well as ISDN or PCM traffic.
Communicates over a leased pair of wires using the internal battery.
